As tourists we asked locals for recommendations of where to eat and were pleased with our meal. Good food, wonderful service by friendly staff, and an added treat of meeting the longtime owner and learning the history of the restaurant and BBQ sauce. Eating at Danny's was a pleasant finish to our day of touring Ponca City.
We are here from out of town. Food was great. Very clean and very upbeat atmosphere. No complaints! Will return of we come back this way!
Staff were helpful and friendly. We had ribs and brisket. Tender and delicious. Sides were delicious. Brought some home as it was too much to eat! Beans and potato salad was excellent.
Just spent 6 weeks in Kansas City and ate at many of their bbq places there. Some were good some just ok. Working my way back home and stopped in Ponca City and always wanted to try this place. Staff was very polite and professional. I had ribs and a side of beans. Ribs were delicious, genuine smoke flavor and not served marinated in sauce which I like. However the sauce I had head country is by far the best there is. They also gave me a sample of a new flavor with honey. Fantasy as well. Might be my new favorite. Anyways was much tastier than any of the bbq I had up north. Reasonably priced to boot. Just wish they had a option for a med side of beans instead of the one they offer or a pint. Worth the stop. Will definitely be back when traveling through

I had the privilege of meeting Beverly and she was lovely! She was so helpful, and the food was delicious! I truly appreciated all of the services and highly recommend them for any catering event you may have.
1st time visit. Prime rib sandwich with horseradish was the bomb! Definitely will be back! Worth the road trip! Friendly staff, restaurant was spotless!
